It is amazing that the Holidays have already 'happened'. We celebrate every day with you and are appreciative of your continued support as we work hard at perfecting the best way to serve our community. We wish you a healthy and peaceful new year.

Thank you for joining us at our special talk and taste at New Renaissance on December 1st from Noon - 2pm. We continued our discussion on Ancient Foods, Super Foods and the Future of Food with demonstrations and delicacies.

We have been signed by Penguin Books to write the next best seller. What is that? The Complete Idiot's Guide to Raw Food is due out in 2008 and will include many of the great recipes, tips and ideas from us and many of the other leaders in the Raw Food community. Return here for excerpts soon.

June 1, 2007 we sold the book rights to Vegan World Fusion Cuisine! We sold to a major publisher but we did not sell out. The entire work will be published in its entirety with a new cover in a french flap paper back style. Same size, vibe and content. It is destined for greater distribution and we are super excited to be working with them!

During the Fall of 2007 we had a great time planning and catering dozens of parties, weddings and special events. Our catering schedule is always dynamic and we appreciate you planning ahead.
