Our Original Location in Pearl District, next to the Lawrence Gallery and across from the new Gerding Theatre continues to serve up our complete menu you have come to appreciate. We are located within Yoga in the Pearl. Blossoming Lotus is committed to the philosophy and creativity known as Vegan Fusion. A unique blend of local and international ingredients and recipes designed to nourish one inexpensively with ingredients that sustain life and the local ecosystem.

All Our Food and Drink is 100% Vegan, Organic and Local whenever possible. Most everything is prepared fresh daily from scratch, utilizing a unique approach of traditional cooking techniques coupled with the latest in live food preparation. We use wholesome natural ingredients, a sampling of tasty spices and medicinals and of course, a creative flair. We strive to set the standard in natural wholesome cookery and tasty meal offerings everyone can enjoy. Everything we serve, at the cafe, in our deli and pastry cases and for our catering and special events, adheres to the highest standards regarding freshness, taste, presentation, nutrition and balance.

Our menu has a little something for everyone and is the evolving creation of our Chefs and the many talented and gifted staff of the Lotus. Respect for the earth and the principles of nonviolence guide us to utilize the abundance of the plant kingdom in all of our recipes. This unique vegan cuisine is inspired, healthful and incredibly delicious. Our dishes are accessible and enjoyed by anyone wishing a healthy and satisfying meal.

The Pearl is situated in the lovely urban wellness oasis of Yoga in the Pearl, where you can experience for yourself how a gourmet meal can be delicious, healing and transformational. The Irvington is a complete Dining Room with the finest local art and organic foods of the region.

Our cuisine is prepared and served with mindfulness, gratitude and the intention to heal and nurture. We offer the highest quality ingredients available, selecting those that are organically and locally grown whenever possible. We prepare our food at our catering kitchen and deliver it fresh to the Cafes throughout the day.
